During the IELTS test, your English listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills will be evaluated. On a scale of Band 1 to 9.  The test has no minimum passing mark. Each institution has a different cutoff point for the IELTS, although all test takers receive an IELTS result or Test Report Form regardless of their score between “Band 1” (“non-user”) and “band 9,” (“expert user”). For individuals who opted not to take the test, there is also a “band 0” score.
